To make a compliment or complaint online, email barnes@khpd.org. Please give date, time and location of occurrence, the name of the officer if known or a description of the officer and a description of what happened. You may make the compliment or complaint anonymously but Chief Barnes would prefer your name and contact information so he may follow up with you if neccesary.
A compliment or complaint can be sent to Chief Barnes, put the information above in a sealed envelope and drop it off at the police desk. You may also call in your compliment or complaint to 248-682-3030 and ask to speak to Chief Barnes directly.
