Planning & Zoning
The Planning & Zoning Department helps guide the thoughtful growth and development of Keego Harbor by administering the City's Zoning Ordinance and implementing the community's Master Plan. The City contracts with McKenna Associates to provide professional planning services, working in partnership with City staff, the Planning Commission, the Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Architectural Review Board.
Planning services include:
- Providing zoning determinations and interpretations
- Reviewing development and zoning applications
- Supporting the Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Architectural Review Board
- Reviewing permits for zoning compliance
- Preparing required public notices
- Maintaining planning records and providing public information
